Niamh joined Kennedy Reid in June 2022 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant on the Life Insurance Desk.
Niamh started her career as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Contact Centres-Customer Service for Sydney and Melbourne. She was responsible for recruiting a wide range of positions from entry-level to Contact Centre managerial roles within Banking & Finance, Sales, Insurance & Business Support.
In Niamh's current position, she focuses on building relationships with clients and candidates and sourcing highly talented candidates with excellent clients across the Life Insurance desk.
Niamh has over 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Through her years of experience, Niamh has developed an eye for detail and a keen understanding of what companies are looking for in their employees.
Niamh's driven attitude and fun personality make her the perfect addition to the Kennedy Reid team. She enjoys delivering excellent services to candidates and clients in an ever-changing fast environment.
Fun fact: Niamh grew up in the UK but loves to travel and has spent time living in New Zealand before moving down under.
