Natasha works in a hybrid role as an Associate Consultant and Team Administrator across the Life Insurance and Allied Health practices. She originally joined the business as the Team Administrator in August 2018, but was soon promoted to an Associate Consultant position in October 2018.
Natasha has completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Sydney. She majored in English Literature and completed components in Social and Cultural Analysis as well as Philosophy. She has had over 6 years of experience as a Retail Sales Consultant. In her previous role as Cluster Manager, she gained experience and developed her skills in multi-site management, recruitment and career transition, the training and professional development of staff, and most substantially, delivering quality customer service.
In Natasha’s current position, she is utilising a range of resourcing tools to find talented individuals across the Life Insurance, Allied Health and Workers Compensation space. She is committed to supporting her candidates in any way that she can through their job search journey and ultimately aims at finding them the most suitable role.
