My client is seeking a proactive and client-focused Claims Specialist to join their team and play a key role in delivering outstanding claims service and support.
The Role will involve
- Manage your own portfolio of Business Pack, Motor, Property, Professional Indemnity and Management Liability claims
- Conduct timely investigations to determine damage
- Providing support and advice to policy holders
- Liaising with stakeholders and advocate on behalf of the insured
- Previous general insurance claims experience within a broking setting is preferred
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Good communicator, ability to make decisions and Confident
- Have a sense of urgency when it comes to settling claims
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Work with a well-established insurance brokerage
- Close to Public Transport with a beautiful office overlooking the city
- Good work life balance

- Work from home hybrid offered- 2 days a week from home
- Sydney CBD location
- Up to $110,000 + Super salary pending experience
