We have great opportunities at the moment across Sydney with both international insurance brokerages and suburban looking to grow their team.

This role will be responsible servicing a portfolio of accounts by ensuring high quality customer service to existing and new clients while working 1 on 1 with the Account Director across larger accounts as well as assist with generating new business.

• Maintain strong relationships and trust with portfolio of clients, based on demonstrated ability to manage accounts both smoothly and professionally
• Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with insurers and service providers
• Implementing renewal and broking strategies collaborating with other team members and claims staff to ensure client’s interests are protected
• Proactively manage and resolve client issues including answering and responding to daily client enquiries
• Gathering client information to support renewal documentation including the production of relevant reports in accordance with Branch standards
• Generate initiatives toward maximising account profitability

What you need

• 2+ plus years experience in an Account Executive or Account Manager role in general insurance 
• Tier 1 qualified with the confidence to service and manage your own book autonomously and good knowledge across most lines of business
• Be able to work with minimal supervision with a great level of accuracy and attention to details
• Strong communication and  interpersonal skills 
• Professional, confident and presentable
