The Role
  • Deliver high quality service to clients by managing their insurance needs and objectives
  • Manage and collaborate with key network to ensure you achieve the best solution for clients
  • Generate strong revenue growth by managing and growing a portfolio of clients
  • Initiate and develop new business relationships and new business opportunities
  • Manage, mentor and support junior brokers within your team

You will have:
  • Previous experience servicing a portfolio of Mid Market or Corporate clients
  • Leadership experience with the ability and desire to train and mentor a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to present to C-suite level executives and managers
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Tier 1 qualifications
Benefits
  • Salary range between 170k-190k + super + new business incentive.
