The Role
We are seeking a Client Executive to join a Global & Corporate Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for large clients. With offices across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
Joining a high performing team, the Client Executive will work on a defined portfolio of existing complex corporate clients and new client acquisition activities with various brokers in a support capacity, while also having the opportunity to have the responsibility of working on a portfolio autonomously.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to grow their insurance career in a challenging, fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Duties:
- Providing quality and proactive support to Client Manager/Team Lead on a select book of complex clients enabling own professional development
- Work directly with support teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders
- Responsibility to manage and grow a portfolio of own clients
- Actively support utilisation of new systems and processes that support our business growth and improvement
This position will suit a someone with the following experience:
- Experience in a similar role or within the insurance industry
- Strong client relationship management capabilities
- First-class communication and presentation skills
- A keen entrepreneurial spirit
- Eye for detail and quality whilst working under pressure
- Eagerness to grow a career in insurance
- Tier 1 Qualification and basic insurance technical skills
