- Assisting Senior Brokers on larger accounts whilst ensuring organic growth and new business opportunities are pursued;
- Providing a high level of service to new and existing clients, ensuring professional relationships are upheld;
- Accountable for processing new business quotes, certificates of currency, endorsements and managing the renewal process;
- Exposure to large Corporate accounts desirable but not essential
- Tier 1 qualification ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office)
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to provide a high standard of service to Clients
- Flexibility - ability to juggle multiple tasks & deadlines from different people
- Initiative/ Be proactive
- Be willing to learn
