The Role
As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Emailing and speaking to clients and Insurers
  • Assisting with claims
  • Negotiating with Insurers
  • Handle mixed portfolios (sme and commercial)
  • Provide direct client contact and customer support
In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following: 
  • Tier 1 qualifications in broking
  • General Insurance experience from broking
  • Previous experience managing claims will be advantageous 
  • Highly organised
