Our client specialises in insurance solutions including the development and distribution of insurance products to unique market sectors across Australia.

As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Emailing and speaking to clients and Insurers
- Assisting with claims
- Negotiating with Insurers
- Handle mixed portfolios (sme and commercial)
- Provide direct client contact and customer support
In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Tier 1 qualifications in broking
- General Insurance experience from broking
- Previous experience managing claims will be advantageous
- Highly organised
