An opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join the SME team. You will be accountable for managing all of the client’s broking and risk advisory needs.  A element of this role is to ensure that client retention and satisfaction levels are maintained.

You:

• Must have minimum 2 years insurance broking experience
• Demonstrated ability to present, persuade and produce results
• Strong relationship development skills
• Outstanding customer focus and approach to business
• Excellent communication and sound interpersonal skills

The role: 

• Maintain strong relationships and trust with portfolio of clients, based on demonstrated ability to manage accounts both smoothly and professionally
• Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with insurers and service providers
• Implementing renewal and broking strategies collaborating with other team members and claims staff to ensure client’s interests are protected
• Proactively manage and resolve client issues including answering and responding to daily client enquiries
• Gathering client information to support renewal documentation including the production of relevant reports in accordance with Branch standards
• Generate initiatives toward maximising account profitability
