The Role
My client is a global consultancy business that supports 3,000 businesses, they provide those businesses with a range of services and products including travel, fuel cards, rental cars, logistics, workplace safety and HR support, insurance, finance, stationery, corporate gifts and many more.
This role sits in the Insurance arm of the business and the main responsibility is to support the partnered businesses with their Insurance.

- Maintain strong relationships and trust with a portfolio of clients, based on demonstrated ability to manage accounts both smoothly and professionally
- Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with insurers and service providers
- Implementing renewal and broking strategies collaborating with other team members and claims staff to ensure client’s interests are protected
- Proactively manage and resolve client issues including answering and responding to daily client enquiries
- Gathering client information to support renewal documentation including the production of relevant reports in accordance with Branch standards
- Generate initiatives toward maximizing account profitability
About you
- 5 plus years of Insurance experience in an Account Executive or Account Manager role.
- Tier 1 qualified
- Be able to work with minimal supervision with a great level of accuracy and attention to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, confident, and presentable
