Our client are a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing and Contact Centre Management. They have a global presence and provide services to some of the world's largest companies. They are currently on the hunt for an Account Manager to join them on a permanent full-time basis.
The Role
As an Account Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing the well-being of account financials, client satisfaction, employee development and retention
- Maintaining key client relationships
- Leading and managing a group of Team Leaders
- Analysing and interpreting data
- Location: Hunter Valley, NSW
- Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation
To be considered for this role you must have:
- 2+ years experience in a contact centre is essential
- 2+ years experience in a managerial role
- A qualification in Management or Business
- A finance or banking background
- Previous experience working with KPI's
- A professional and motivated approach to work
