The Role
This role will be responsible servicing a portfolio of accounts by ensuring high quality customer service to existing and new clients while working 1 on 1 with the Account Director across larger accounts as well as assist with generating new business.

- Maintain strong relationships and trust with portfolio of clients, based on demonstrated ability to manage accounts both smoothly and professionally
- Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with insurers and service providers
- Implementing renewal and broking strategies collaborating with other team members and claims staff to ensure client’s interests are protected
- Proactively manage and resolve client issues including answering and responding to daily client enquiries
- Gathering client information to support renewal documentation including the production of relevant reports in accordance with Branch standards
- Generate initiatives toward maximising account profitability
About you
- 4 plus years experience in an Account Executive or Account Manager role with demonstrated success managing and growing a portfolio of clients
- Tier 1 qualified with the confidence to service and manage your own book autonomously and good knowledge across most lines of business
- Be able to work with minimal supervision with a great level of accuracy and attention to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, confident and presentable
