Job description

My Client is seeking to appoint a Senior Insurance Broking professional to support their plans for growth and expansion in Australia and New Zealand. This role will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of large corporate accounts ensuring that their risk management and insurance broking needs are identified and met.
  
The Role
  • Manage a book of large corporate accounts in all aspects of client servicing and to identify development/cross selling opportunities
  • Work alongside industry professionals and constantly develop your technical knowledge
  • Place clients risk into the Insurance market using your strong network of Underwriters across various lines of General Insurance
  • Develop new business opportunities through multiple channels
  • Provide an exceptional level of client service, by demonstrating strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  
Skills & Experience
  • 5 plus years experience in an Account Manager role within the insurance broking industry, preferably across corporate accounts
  • Strong knowledge across property and casualty classes of insurance
  • Ability to maintain and develop relationships with clients and understand the needs of the business on a technical level
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
