Our client are a reputable provider of building and construction materials, with over 25 years' experience servicing clients around Sydney they have built a fantastic reputation. They also offer a friendly, welcoming work environment. They are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team on an temp ongoing basis.
As an Administration Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Data entry
- Processing invoices
- Accounts administration using MYOB - processing dockets
- Administration duties including archiving, email liaison, filing
- Location: Glendenning location - parking available on-site
- Salary: $25 - $28/hour + Superannuation
- Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
In order to be successful for this role, you will offer:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong knowledge of MYOB accounting software
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills & a fantastic attention to detail
- Intermediate Word, Excel & typing skills
