Job Description

Our client is an amazing not for profit organisation that is seeking a permanent part time accounts / office all rounder to join their team.  Given this is a not for profit organisation, the team works hours to suit their lifestyle.  That said, they are seeking an Accounts / Office Co-ordinator to support the team on a permanent 3 x days per week min. school hours. Given this business is focused on not for profit events, this person needs to be flex 

Key responsibilities include yet are limited to:
  • Accounts payable and receivable 
  • Working closely with the financial accountant
  • Communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • General administrative tasks
  • Assisting with events and functions as they arrive
  • Adhoc duties
The successful candidate must have: 
  • Previous accounts payable and receivable experience. 
  • General administrative experience.
  • A "can do" attitude.
  • Happy to pitch in and do whatever is required in a small office that is not for profit. 
  • Be part of a positive team that reaps the rewards of assisting to make terminally ill adults live out their dreams.
