As an Administration Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Making calls to business clients and customers
- Follow up emails and communications
- Processing documents
- General administration duties
- Corresponding with internal and external stakeholders
- Location: Deakin, ACT
- Salary: $25.90/hour + Superannuation
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in an Administrative or Call Centre role
- Exceptional communication skills and phone manner
- Insurance or Financial experience desired but not essential
- Great attitude to their work & high work ethic
- Professional manner
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
