The Company
Our client is a well established company in the financial services industry. Global Leaders,  they have offices in 20 countries and are now seeking self driven Administrators to join their busy team in Perth CBD.

The Role
As an Administrator and Project Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited too:
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (via email and phone)
  • Assisting clients in the set-up, mailing and running of their Annual General Meetings
  • Coordinating the dispatch of mailing and digital communication to attendees 
  • Ad hoc administration duties
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours a week)
  • Location: Perth CBD - Office based Role
  • Salary: $60-65K+ Super
  • Temp Ongoing Opportunity with a a strong view to go perm for the right person
To be successful for a the role you will have:
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Computer literate with ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Previous experience working towards deadlines in an administration or project coordination role is desirable
