Our client are an established provider of insurance & financial services on a global scale. They offer a professional and supportive working environment. With exciting internal changes in the business, they are seeking an Administration Assistant to join a team in their North Sydney office.
As an Administration Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Handling written enquiries & processing policy transactions
- Respond to customer correspondence via e-mail or mail
- Liaising with other departments & interacting with colleagues
- Working to deadlines and within regulatory framework
- Location: North Sydney - a short walk from North Sydney station
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Salary: $25.15/hour + Superannuation
In order to be successful for the role, you must have the following:
- Full working rights in Australia - this role is a temp ongoing role with potential to go permanent.
- Previous administration experience within a professional working environment
- Intermediate administration skills - typing, Word & Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fantastic attention to detail & an ability to meet deadlines
