The Company
A specialist Underwriting Agency dedicated to the provision of Insurance solutions, delivering innovative cover and high-quality service. Meeting the needs for the rapidly evolving Broker market, this company is now looking to broaden their team. The position will also contribute to ensure all stakeholders are serviced in an efficient and professional manner. 

The Role
As the Administration Assistant you will:
  • Liaise between internal departments, providing support to key external stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service whilst meeting agreed service levels
  • Identify opportunities that will enhance the quality of customer service and improve productivity for colleagues across the business
  • Enter information into Company databases as instructed according to policy and procedures.
  • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Superannuation
You
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • High attention to detail 
  • Experience in office administration
  • Insurance experience is required
  • Strong Customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, unsupervised and as part of a team
