A global insurance industry leader who specializes in Property, Motor and Cyber insurance. The Australian company now has branches in the United States, South Africa, New Zealand and Italy. They are currently seeking an administration assistant to join their Claims Lodgement Team on a 6-month fixed contract.
As an Administration Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Investigate claims lodgements
- Outbound calls
- General inquiries
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Location: Matraville
- Salary: $50,000/per annum + superannuation
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (Rotating Rosters)
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Previous experience in Administration roles
- Experience in processing Invoices
- Experience in Database Management
- Great attitude to their work & high work ethic
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
