Our client is a nationally recognized Insurance Company that specializes in Claims Management, Insurance Technology and Data & Analytics. Since 2002, our client has spread across to the United States, South Africa, Italy and New Zealand.
Duration: 6 month fixed contract
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 6:00 PM (Rotating Shifts)
Salary: $50,000/annum + Superannuation
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Facilitating Claims Lodgements
- Outbound Customer Service
- Data Entry
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Customer Feedback
As a successful administration assistant, you will offer:
- Experience in administration or processing (Minimum 1 year)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude
