Our Client are a certified building specialist who provide a broad range of certification and consulting services in Building Certification, Disabled Access, Fire Safety Engineering and Project Management. They are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join and support their team.
The Role
As an Administration Assistant, your duties will include:
- Liaising with clients
- Fast & accurate data entry & typing of relevant information
- Invoicing & creating checklists
- Adhoc admin duties as required
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Eastwood location - near public transport
In order to be successful for this role, you will have:
- 1+ year of administration experience from any industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong administration skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent communication skills
