As an Administration Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Data Entry
- Mail duties
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Location: Melbourne CBD
- Salary: $65,000 Package
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Our client has beautiful offices in the heart of the CBD
- You will be joining a supportive and friendly team
- Permanent role
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Full working rights in Australia
- Previous experience in an Administrative or Data Entry role
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Mortgage experience or knowledge desired.
- Great attitude to their work & high work ethic
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of TRIM desired
- Ability to work autonomously
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
