Our client are an Australian-born reputable manufacturing organisation providing products & services to more than 70 countries worldwide. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis to join their team based in Condell Park. They have a great support network available, and focus on providing the highest customer service experience for their clients.
This is a temporary full-time role with an immediate start. The contract is for 6 months with potential to gain a future permanent role within the company.
As an Admin Assistant, your duties will include:
- Processing invoices
- Processing paperwork
- Data Entry
- Occasionally taking calls
- Location: Condell Park - parking available on-site
- Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.00am - 4.30pm
- Salary: $55,000 + Superannuation
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous administrative experience
- Immediate availability
- Experience in invoicing
- Strong communication skills
