Recruitment Administrator
An entry level, 6 month contract has arisen within our growing business for a Recruitment Administrator. Supporting a team of Recruitment Consultants you will take responsibility for all administrative duties including:
  • Manage the internal database - updating information and details
  • Data entry and administration – including but not limited to formatting resumes, completing reference checks, internal invoicing documents, organising documents in preparation for consultants’ meetings, posting of job ads
  • Communicate with internal staff members in relation to administration and processing 
  • Organise and book in candidate interviews, client meetings and briefs
  • Establish and manage new processes relevant to the team
  • Any adhoc duties required

Skills and Experience
We are eager to hear from driven graduates or school leavers who can demonstrate the following:
  • Recruitment industry experience essential
  • Background in customer service either from retail or hospitality
  • High data entry/typing speed and excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate level Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work with competing deadlines
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and conduct
  • Enthusiastic and energetic personality
