Our client is a privately owned Specialist Financial Services company with over 6,000 employees in over 45 countries. They are looking for an Investment Administration Assistant to join their fast paced team, and excel within an environment that supports both personal and professional development. 

The Role
As an Investment Administration Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Performing administration tasks and services with regards in investment portfolios
  • Processing subscriptions, payments, redemptions and transfers
  • Liaising with investor clients
  • Meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance to the fund rules and regulations
  • Daily maintenance and management of all client data
  • Assisting auditors and advisors
  • Contract: Initial 6-month FTC, with a view to permanency
  • Location: Sydney CBD
  • Salary: $55,000-$70,000 + superannuation - Negotiable Depending on Experience
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5:30pm
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • 6 months+ experience in an Client Service/Administration role within the Financial/Banking space
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Immaculate, corporate presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task in order to meet deadlines
  • Positive and driven attitude to succeed in a team
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Word skills
