Our client are a well known provider of services within their market. They currently have a need for an experienced Administration Assistant on a permanent basis.
Their office is located close to Macquarie Park which is easily accessible by public transport.
As an Administration Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Email correspondence
- Internal receptionist answering calls as part of the team
- Fast & accurate data entry
- Location: Close to Public transport- Macquarie Park area.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous administration experience - this is essential!
- Intermediate administration skills - typing, data entry, Word & Excel
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and dedicated work ethic
- Be able to work autonomously
