Job Description
Our client are a well known provider of services within their market. They currently have a need for an experienced Administration Assistant on a temporary basis to assist with an increased workload.
Their office is located close to Macquarie Park which is easily accessible by public transport.
The Role
As an Administration Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Email correspondence
- Internal receptionist answering calls as part of the team
- Fast & accurate data entry
- Location: Close to Public transport- Macquarie Park area.
You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous administration experience - this is essential!
- Intermediate administration skills - typing, data entry, Word & Excel
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and dedicated work ethic
- Be able to work autonomously
