The Company:
Our client is a global claims service provider that helps clients achieve timely and equitable claims resolution. With over 20 years of claims experience meaning we are well-positioned to deliver a consistent, proactive approach to claims management. They currently have a vacancy as an Administration Assistant due to company growth. 

The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Data entry and registration of claims 
  • Invoicing - high volume and can be high value 
  • Updating internal database 
  • Analysing reports
  • Adhoc administration and data entry
  • Location: Brisbane - Close to CBD and public transport 
  • Hours: Monday- Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm 
  • Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 + Superannuation 

About You
  • Previous experience in a administration role is essential
  • Previous experience in the Insurance industry is preferred 
  • Experience in Data Entry
  • Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint & typing skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
