The Company
Our client is an Australian-born entrepreneurial organization who are world leaders in instant boiling water and provides products & service to more than 70 countries globally!

We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a Sales Administrator in a permanent position in their Canberra office. They have a great support network available, and focus on providing the highest customer service experience for their clients.

THE POSITION
As a Sales Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Respond to incoming calls
  • Manage inventory for all Service installs
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, email, and fax communication on behalf of the Sales Team as requested
  • Reporting
  • Ensuring all databases updated accordingly
  • Processing invoices 
  • Data entry 
  • Location: Fyshwick, Canberra 
  • Hours: Part-time or full-time  
  • Salary: Full-time $60,000-$65,000 + Superannuation (pro-rata depending on hours)

YOU
As a successful Customer Service Representative, you will offer: 
  • Previous experience in an administrative role 
  • previous use of Salesforce and/or Pronto is highly regarded but not necessary
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, confident approach to problem-solving
