The Role 
As an Analyst, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting the HR team with all HR analytics 
• Collate data for reporting purposes
• Assisting with remuneration review reporting 
• Working with the HR team to gather information 
• General reporting as required

You 
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Advanced Excel skills and confident on reporting 
• Analytical background is essential 
• HR exposure is preferred 
• Ability to understand and pick up different systems quickly
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise well 
• Fast learner and can-do attitude
