The role
As an Assistant Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting an established team of Account Executives with a variety of tasks, including;
- Provide new business quotes and renewals;
- Maintain a high level of customer service;
- Liaise with brokers, stakeholders & underwriters regarding day-to-day queries;
- Administration duties;
- Attend training sessions & seminars;
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- A positive can-do attitude
- Previous insurance experience from a claims, sales, administration or customer service background;
- A Tier 1 qualification in broking or be willing to obtain;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Proven multi-tasking skills;
- Great verbal and written communication
