My client is a Global Insurance Brokerage, based in South East Melbourne. They are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join their growing team. This is an entry level role into the broking industry, that will provide the foundation for a long-term career.

The role

As an Assistant Account Executive, this is a junior broking position, suitable to someone from an insurance background. This role will involve:
  • Answering general insurance queries 
  • Providing administrative support to senior brokers
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Renewing insurance policies
  • Assisting with policy amendments
  • Issuing quotes
About you

The ideal candidate for this role has:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • A basic understanding of the insurance industry
