The Company:

One of the largest global mergers and acquisitions (M&A) insurance teams in the industry. The company offers specialized products and services to help facilitate M&A transactions for buyers and sellers around the world. 

Responsibilities:

Your duties would include but not limited to:

• Preparing brief summaries of submission information received from brokers 
• Transferring submission information into set templates such as quotes and policy documents 
• Establishing and maintaining up to date underwriting files throughout  underwriting of deals
• Data entry of deal information into Salesforce.

Ideal Skills & Experience

• Ideally come from a law/Insurance background
• Can demonstrate having a very high level of attention to detail and multi tasking
• Industry and/or field experience
• Experience working in a fast paced environment 
• Strong Microsoft office and Excel skills
