The role
As an Assistant Underwriter, you will:
- Manage and service the existing client portfolio
- Deliver excellent customer service to Brokers
- Underwrite renewals within delegated authority limit
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Attend industry events as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the insurance market ideally within financial lines
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Eagerness to grow and develop
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Collaborative and social team environment
- Possibility to work across different lines
