The Role

As Branch Manager of a successful team in Townsville, you will:
  • Manage, lead and develop a team of insurance brokers
  • Network and build connections within the community
  • Build and foster a strong service focused culture
  • Drive growth of the existing portfolio
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
The Ideal Candidate will have
  • Previous experience from Financial Services, ideally from Insurance or Banking
  • Proven skills in leadership/people management
  • Strong sales skills
  • Excellent relationship building capability
  • The drive and energy to mentor and develop a team
