This role represents an opportunity to focus on new business development activity within the local commercial market. Additionally, you will have the responsibility of the smooth and profitable running of the branch, including meeting financial targets, working to budgets and managing and growing a small team.
The role will primarily involve meeting commercial businesses in a face to face environment and working closely with those clients to provide solutions regarding their commercial insurance coverage.

- Commercial Brokers with 5 years + broking experience in the commercial market;
- Proven experience growing a book of business;
- Entrepreneurial mindset;
- Prior experience managing a team is desirable, but not essential however, a willingness to do so is essential;
- Natural leader with a 'lead by example' mentality;
- Corporate and professional presentation, comfortable in meeting clients in a face-to-face environment.
