The Role
  • Complete broking administration functions for WinBEAT/iBais ledgers, either as the assigned broking administrator
  • Act as a key escalation point for broking system users across the group
  • Work with members of the management team as required
  • Oversee all acquisitions into the business
  • Provide feedback and input into strategic business decisions
  • Assist with various projects across the business, either as a subject matter expert or key representative of the systems management team
  • Identify and deliver operational efficiency across the team and ensure streamlined processes and operations, including sourcing new external vendor supplied products and services
  • Interpret regulatory, management or technical system changes and determine the best way to implement
About You
  • At least 2 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of the WinBEAT broking system, on both a broking and administration level
  • Experience in a Central Service function that supports multiple stakeholders internationally
  • Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge
