The Role

This role is responsible for managing the Central Services Broking Administrator Team.
  • Act as a key escalation point for broking system users across the group (AU and NZ)
  • Work with members of the management team as required
  • Oversee all acquisitions, with a focus on system migrations
  • Provide feedback and input into strategic business decisions
  • Assist with various projects across the business, either as a subject matter expert or key representative of the systems management team
  • Identify and deliver operational efficiency across the team and ensure streamlined processes and operations, including sourcing new external vendor supplied products and services
  • Interpret regulatory, management or technical system changes and determine the best way to implement
  • Work with Managing Principals and Management to receive relevant information and communicate as required
  • Managing supplier relationships/management, with an aim to improve service and systems where applicable
  • Complete broking administration functions for WinBEAT/iBais ledgers, either as the assigned broking administrator or covering other team members as required
About You
  • At least 2 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of the WinBEAT broking system, on both a broking and administration level
  • Experience in a Central Service function that supports multiple stakeholders internationally
  • Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge
  • Previous experience in leading a team of broking and administration staff
  • Experience with any Data Analytics tools is beneficial
