They are seeking a Broker Assistant to assist an Account Manager with a range of broking support and administrative duties.
- Provide a high level of administrative support including but not limited to, processing new business quotes, certificates of currencies, endorsements and renewals;
- Provide a high level of service to clients and external stakeholders over the phone and via email.
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Location: Barangaroo
- Salary: $30.00 - $40.00/hour + Superannuation
- Experience with WinBeat (Broking software) essential
- Experience from any General Insurance discipline desirable
- The ability to prioritise and manage their time
- The ability to handle pressure
- Strong belief in service excellence
