The Company
My client is a leading Global Insurance Company . They boast a corporate working environment with a strong team culture. They currently have an opportunity in their Sydney office for a seasoned Business Analyst to join their team.

The Role 
As a Business Analyst in the Claims Operations team you will be responsible for the day to day management of third party suppliers and vendors. This will include, but not be limited to;
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Coordinating with senior team members
  • Onboarding new suppliers and third party vendors to companies systems and databases 
  • Identifying risks and providing advice, suggesting appropriate actions & solutions to analyse and interpret information and trends 
  • Developing and implementing systems improvement as directed by the Manager
  • Producing reports for review

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within insurance or financial services 
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field;
  • Proven experience in Stakeholder Management and strong communication skills
  • Experience analysing business data and trends and developing solutions appropriate to business requirements;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines;
  • Excellent report writing skills;
  • Importantly, you must be able to develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
