Their Melbourne office is primed for growth and they are now looking to appoint a Business Development Manager. This role will be focused on achieving growth in their mid market/corporate space.

About You
  • Experience in and insurance brokerage is essential 
  • 2-5 years business development experience
  • Drive and energy required to build a pipeline of business in the mid-market /corporate space
  • Ability to understand client needs and challenges 
  • Experience in dealing with C-Suite and Senior Managers
  • Flexibility to operate in an evolving environment

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will:
  • Build a sizeable and profitable portfolio of clients within the Melbourne area
  • Convert new client prospects into satisfied clients to support business development
  • Work in cooperation with external and internal stakeholders to organise meetings and presentations for clients to share industry knowledge
