- Experience in and insurance brokerage is essential
- 2-5 years business development experience
- Drive and energy required to build a pipeline of business in the mid-market /corporate space
- Ability to understand client needs and challenges
- Experience in dealing with C-Suite and Senior Managers
- Flexibility to operate in an evolving environment
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Build a sizeable and profitable portfolio of clients within the Melbourne area
- Convert new client prospects into satisfied clients to support business development
- Work in cooperation with external and internal stakeholders to organise meetings and presentations for clients to share industry knowledge
