The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will:
  • Build a sizeable and profitable portfolio of clients within Dubbo and the surrounding areas
  • Convert new client prospects into satisfied clients to support business development
  • Perform risk analysis and prepare policy quotes within underwriting guidelines
  • Work in cooperation with external and internal stakeholders to organise local events and perform presentations for clients to share industry knowledge
  • Source valuable market insights and share information to improve product development
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in Agriculture, insurance or farming knowledge preferred but not essential
  • Self-motivated and driven individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys travelling across the Australian countryside
