This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to step into a leadership and management role within the ICT industry.  You will have a strong desire to be a people leader managing a small team of 3, and will see this “player/coach” position as the ideal role. Utilising your strong organisational skills, you will drive profitable growth in a fast-growing segment of the business while delivering business efficiency. 


Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate leadership and coordinate the upskilling of the Busines and Mobility team
  • Manage the operations of the Business and Mobility team with a focus on profitable growth
  • Assist with identification, acquisition and onboarding of new vendors
  • Develop and implement systems to automate the processing of high volumes of orders
  • Act as escalation point for the Business & Mobility Team
  • Process orders and submit updates as required as a key capacity resource within the team

Requirements:
  • Experience with Telstra’s suite of mobile voice and data products and plans (must have worked previously at Telstra or Telstra partner)
  • Interest and passion for all things 5G
  • Experience with the provisioning of Telstra mobile services and mobile hardware
  • Exposure to business process improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong Customer Service and Teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
