The Position:

As a Life Claims Assessor in the group or retail claims team, you can expect to be performing the following tasks:
  • Managing and assess a portfolio of IP and TPD psychological and physical claims
  • Day to day liaison with doctors, rehabilitation providers, legal professionals and advisers
  • Initiating claims investigations
  • Requesting medical and financial information
  • Making claim decisions according to your authority level

About You:

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a Life Claims Assessor in either Group or Retail 
  • Experience in assessing Income Protection [IP] and Total and Permanent Disability [TPD] claims.
  • You will have a passion for mental health and wellbeing.
  • High attention to detail, resilient and empathetic
