The Role
- Manage a portfolio of Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) and Income Protection (IP) claims in the Retail/Group space
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders including medical and legal professionals, rehabilitation providers and advisors
- Develop successful return to work strategies and achieve outcomes
- Request medical and financial information
- Process payments of on-going claims

- Experience as a Case Manager or Rehabilitation Consultant in Workers Compensation, Occupational Rehabilitation, return to work, CTP or Life Insurance claims
- Tertiary qualified in a related discipline will be highly regarded
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Genuine interest in a career in the Life Insurance field
