The Role:
- Assess Ancillary claims
- Liaise with members and ancillary providers on a daily basis, in addition to other stakeholders
- Comply with all fund and claim rules
- Ensure funds are paid appropriately when releasing claims
- Ensure communication is of high standard and complies with AIA Health standards
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met
- Ensure all processes are clearly documented and adhered to
- Passion for process improvement with members at front of mind
- Ability to solve members queries at first point resolution
- Meet individual KPI’s on a daily basis
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Problem solving
- Previous experience in health insurance preferable
