The Role:
  • Assess Ancillary claims
  • Liaise with members and ancillary providers on a daily basis, in addition to other stakeholders 
  • Comply with all fund and claim rules
  • Ensure funds are paid appropriately when releasing claims
  • Ensure communication is of high standard and complies with AIA Health standards
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met
  • Ensure all processes are clearly documented and adhered to
  • Passion for process improvement with members at front of mind
  • Ability to solve members queries at first point resolution
  • Meet individual KPI’s on a daily basis
About You:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Problem solving
  • Previous experience in health insurance preferable
