The Company
Our client is a global leader in property insurance claims. They are seeking a Claims Consultant with a property, admin or customer service background to join their growing team. You will be responsible for lodging initial claims, working alongside the claims team and assisting them as a Claims Management Specialist. 
 

The Role will involve: 
  • Lodging initial property claims using internal systems
  • Conduct timely investigations to determine damage; 
  • Providing support and advice to policy holders;  
  • Liaising with stakeholders when necessary;  
  • General administration duties;
  • Experience in Property insurance would be beneficial but not essential;
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience with property/ strata claims preferred
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines;  
  • Good communicator, ability to make decisions and Confident; 
  • Have a sense of urgency when it comes to settling claims;
  • Exceptional organisational skills;
