You will be responsible for lodging initial claims, working alongside the claims team and assisting them as a Claims Management Specialist.

You will be responsible for lodging initial claims, working alongside the claims team and assisting them as a Claims Management Specialist.
The Role will involve:
- Lodging initial property claims using internal systems
- Conduct timely investigations to determine damage;
- Providing support and advice to policy holders;
- Liaising with stakeholders when necessary;
- General administration duties;
- Experience in Property insurance would be beneficial but not essential;
- Previous experience with property/ strata claims preferred
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines;
- Good communicator, ability to make decisions and Confident;
- Have a sense of urgency when it comes to settling claims;
- Exceptional organisational skills;
- Work with a well-established insurance brokerage
- Close to Public Transport with a beautiful office overlooking the city

- Work from home hybrid offered- 2 days a week from home
- Sydney CBD location
- $65,000-$75,000 Package salary pending experience
