- Maintaining a portfolio of Home claims end to end
- Conduct timely investigations to determine damage
- Providing support and advice to policy holders

- Experience working in insurance either in Claims or Customer Support
- Experience dealing with Home Claims is well regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Experience in managing claims end to end
