The Company
Established more than 60 years ago, our client are a market leader in the freight and transportation space. They are seeking a Claims Consultant to join their claims and insurance team based in Essendon Fields. 

The Role 

• Proactive end to end management of claims and other insurance related tasks
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders 
• Provide advice and support to stakeholders in relation to claims and insurance matters
• Book and review of assessments and timely investigations 
• Assist with the compilation of information required for insurance renewals, reviews and policy endorsements and quotes
• General admin and ad hoc duties as required

You 

• 2+ years experience in Motor Vehicle or Heavy Motor claims or recoveries 
• Relevant insurance or tertiary qualification desirable 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• Excellent attention to detail
• A vibrant, energetic personality to work in a team environment
• A true team player who is adaptable when speaking with different stakeholders.
